Deanna, Melissa, Bradly and all the family, I am soooo sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. Bill was such a sweet and caring man, always giving tight hugs wherever he was when he saw you, at Church he was still giving hugs and asking how you were doing when Church would start. My heart breaks with y’all . I wish I was closer where I could be with y’all today. I miss y’all. Y’all are in my thoughts and prayers. Mandy Landrum

“To My Wonderful Brother” Of all the gifts in life However great or small To have you as my brother Was the greatest gift of all A special time A special place A special brother I can’t replace With an aching heart I whisper low I miss you, Brother And love you so

There are many descriptions of Bill, Christian Man, Husband, Father, Brother, Kind, Loving, Always willing to help, but I truly appreciated the many times Bill would make you truly laugh out loud until your belly would hurt. Of coarse many of these times were because of his Kids playing practical jokes on him. Also I am pretty sure Bradley was the leader of the pack. Bill will forever leave a void that can not be replaced. With Love, Andy & Connie

I met Bill at church in April of 1977. Almost immediately we formed a bond. After graduation in 1978, I began to work with him at a job that would eventually become my career. We rode together MANY miles. He was absolutely like a brother to me. On March 12, 1983, we became brothers-in-law. On October 23, 1983, we became brothers in Christ. Looking back, the miles we rode together, the hours we worked together and the days we fished together are staggering. He and I solved a host of problems together. And we managed to pull some pretty big pranks together too. I believe he was more of a brother to me than to anyone else. Whether it was in the cab of a pickup or in the fishing boat, we shared and supported one another like two brothers would do...think and thin. I will quietly miss him, my brother, my buddy, my friend.
