I had the privilege to cross paths with Bill for about 5 years on the Motiva expansion. He was a good man. He had a great sense of humor and could always make me laugh. Even on days where we were hot and miserable lol. I will never forget the man. It’s been about 15 years and I’ve only spoken to him occasionally which makes me sad looking back. I am proud to have known him and call him my friend. God speed Wild Bill. We’ll see you down the road. Smoke em if ya got em.
