Tommy (T. K.) Kenneth Donnell

Tommy Kenneth “T.K.” Donnell, 88, of Port Arthur passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas.

He was born on July 21, 1933 in Kenedy, Texas to Tommy Donnell and Beulah Sanders Donnell. T. K. served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He has been a resident of Port Arthur since 1955. T.K. retired from the Port Arthur Police Department as a Sergeant after 38 years of service. He was a member of Park Central Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

T. K. is survived by his loving wife, Glenda Donnell of Port Arthur; his two daughters, Judith Donnell of Beaumont and Paula Cheney and husband David of Newton; numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Ellen Audiliet and husband Willie of Kenedy, Texas; his brother, Gene Donnell of Houston along with several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from Noon till 2:00 PM with service to honor T. K.’s life at 2:00 PM in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
