Rose Marie Leblanc

Rose Marie LeBlanc, 78, of Bridge City passed away on Tuesday, November  9, 2021 at her home.

She was born on January 1, 1943 in Port Arthur, Texas to her parents, Domingo Adams, Sr. and Mary Socorro Escamilla Adams. Rose lived most of her life in the area. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1961 and Beauty School. Rose was a devoted homemaker in raising her six children and was “mom” to many. She enjoyed bingo and playing cards.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Lucian Adams, Sr. and her husband, Paul E. LeBlanc, Sr.

Rose is survived by her three daughters, Kenda Trotti and her husband, Artis, Jr. of Orange, Christine Herman and her husband, Terry of Orange, Elizabeth Scott and her husband, Johnny Sr., of Saratoga; her three sons, Paul E. LeBlanc, Jr. and his wife, Sharon of Bridge City, Kenneth LeBlanc and his wife, Thea of Bridge City, Dennis LeBlanc and his wife, Rebel Fay of Bridge City along with 22 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her three sisters, Amanda Laughlin, Gloria Jacobs and Linda Garcia all of Mid-County; her four brothers, Domingo Adams, Jr. of Winnie, Rudy Adams, Sr., Robert Adams, Sr., and George Adams all of Mid-County as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a rosary to be prayed at 6:30 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Service to honor Rose’s life will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Monday, November 15, 2021 in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Bridge City.
