A Life Remembered

Obituary

Rebecca Mae Sourdellia, affectionately known as Becky, left us on January 15, 2025, in Beaumont, Texas, at the age of 63. Born on September 12, 1961, in Port Arthur, Texas, Becky graced the world with her infectious laughter and vibrant spirit.

Her personality lit up every room. She was the life of the party, with an unstoppable spirit that drew people to her. Those who knew her would describe Becky as outspoken, possessing a great sense of humor, and having a heart of gold. She cherished her family deeply and found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was spending time at the beach or creating memories with loved ones and friends.

Becky leaves behind her devoted husband, Allen Sourdellia, and her three beloved children, Brandy Plunk & her husband David, Nathan Plunk & his wife Heather & her youngest son Jason McMillan.

Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Jaysa McMillan, Charlie Reynolds, Rowan Walker, and Ivan Plunk. She also leaves behind her two beloved sisters, Diane Kasvicis and Elizabeth Anne Brown, who will forever hold her in their hearts.

Becky's warmth and enthusiasm for life were unparalleled. Though she has departed from this world, her spirit will live on in the countless memories shared with family and friends.

She is now joined by her late parents, Robert Warner and Mary Bernard Warner, as well as her brothers, Michael Warner, Mark Warner, and Richard Warner, in eternal peace.

A visitation to celebrate her life will take place on January 18, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Clayton - Thompson Funeral Directors, Groves, TX. A graveside service will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, where family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Pallbearers will honor Becky as follows: Jason McMillan, Nathan Plunk, Charlie Reynolds, Christopher Brown, Marcos Pineda, and John Frasier.

Becky was loved deeply by our family. She was a sitter with my Aunt Pearl and Uncle Harry for many many years, she was like the daughter they never had. She was a part of many memories our family holds close, and she will be deeply missed by us all. Many prayers for her love Allen, and her family, she was inspiring to us in so many ways, I know your loss is immeasurable. Deepest Sympathy , The Huval & Warnock Family

My beautiful Aunt Becky I will miss you dearly. I am grateful God chose you to be my Aunty. I don’t know where Mom would be if you had not been a constant in our lives and helped raise us. You’re beauty is one of a kind, you’re love for family and ability to forgive is God send, you’re sarcastic wit is what I I loved most. I will miss our calls or gossip time, our talk about life and just talking about memories past childhood adventures and fun times. I hope you knew how loved you were in life while still here, and that you know how immensely loved, missed & cherished you are now that your in Heaven. “Ok, baby I love you! Talk to you later!” Love Toni Baloni

Becky was my other sister from another mother. I will miss our morning phone calls, lunch calls and evening calls. Becky was not only my friend but she quickly became friends with everyone here at the shop. She was so funny once she knew you she would always greet you with a smile and how are you doing? I think she and I were a lot alike where we never knew a stranger. And that’s why I loved her so much Becky enjoyed talking about all her nieces and nephews and especially her kids and grandkids, including Allen’s granddaughter and her baby boy. When Becky loved you she did it BIg. And to know her was to love her. I will miss our Conversations and weekend rides. I don’t know how I’m gonna do it without you but I know you’re in a better place and remember what I said save me a spot until then. I love you and thank you for being my friend Peace be with you all ❤️
