Oh Natasha: You shined for such a short time and you will be remembered by everyone you touched!

Natasha and I became acquainted through the pParents of Kidney Kids Facebook group. While my son is much older than Nash, we shared stories and I offered some guidance as our son's health were on very similar. Natasha and I last private messages in October 16th. I asked what I could do for her and even offered to be a living donor for her. I had already donated a kidney to my son 8 years ago and knew what I was signing up for. Natasha said her program wasn't taking living donors. To Dale, Nash and the rest of the family, I'm sorry. I don't have words to ease your heartache but I'm sending much positivity, peace and strength for the days ahead. Dawn

Natasha, Im so so sorry!!! My heart is completely broken and im in total shock. We was a team at IP. You always let me know how good of a job I was doing. You always let me know that nothing comes easy, to get my nursing degree and don't ever give up because it seems hard. Even when you left IP we still kept in touch. From you checking on me when my boyfriend died to you doing favors helping someone get a job for me multiple times. You would let me call and just rant and you would really listen. Nash and Dale was your everything!! Im so sorry 😭😭

My sincere, heartfelt condolences to each of you who are hurting. I only knew Natasha for a short time; but I must say, she left an impression that will never be forgotten. She often shared a photo or video of her little blessing, Nash, which always put a smile on my face. I leave with you this Scripture, in hopes of providing comfort, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" Psalms 34:18. I pray that God's love and comfort will overtake each and everyone of you, during this very difficult time.
