Messages of Love

From family and friends

Isabel Rodriguez Webster October 31, 2020
To our dear Papa You were taken from us too soon, and for all of us this is deeply true and we will miss you everyday. We take today to cherish all the moments and years that we were gifted getting to know and love you.  You were and are a gift to us all, to your daughters and grandchildren. The grand children are grateful they got a chance to meet you despite our years apart.  I remember that when you would come home from the ship you always said that Christmas would be in July for us. I remember the joy and fun it brought me during family trips. I remember how you would buy fireworks because you knew how much we enjoyed them and make us happy. Daddy, I love you. We love. I am sorry we didn’t get to bring you home. But I hope that you are happy in heaven.  Here’s a few words from one of Papa’s favourite songs: To fly, To sing, In the blue, painted in the blue,  I am happy to be above.  And I flew, flew happy  Higher the sun and even higher  While the world disappeared slowly  Far away down,  A sweet music played only for me. Your loving Daughters Isabel, Sabina, Anna and Karen, Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren
