I was just thinking about her recently, she was a friend of my oldest brother, Dicky Smith PNG’62. We all used to go skating.

Judy was my supervisor when I first hired in at the Texas Department of Human Services. She took considerable time to teach me the duties required of my position. Always patient and qualified to be a good supervisor. We worked closely for about 20 years and there were many that worked under her guidance. Paul was here true love and now she will be able to join him in eternal rest. Fly high with the angels!
