Aunt Jimmie was a sweet aunt. She made the best cheeseball for family every holiday and now I make it. One of my best memories is going to the Shofner family reunion when I was a kid and aunt Jimmie always checking to make sure I didn't sneak any of her homade goodies before we got to the reunion. Rest easy aunt Jimmie. Miss you.
