We were so sad to hear the news of Aunt Helen's passing. I have fond memories of Aunt Helen. She and Uncle LJ visited us in El Paso back in the early 70's. I was between 8 and 11 years old and can remember those visits like they were yesterday. Once, we visited them in Austin before Uncle LJ passed away. We enjoyed our walk through the complex with them. I remember how Carolann and Aunt Helen got along. They chatted and giggled the entire time we were there and they had so much fun. Aunt Helen had such a loving and caring heart. I always enjoyed our phone calls to keep the two families updated. She bragged about her grandchildren, and rightfully so. They are all so blessed to have had such an amazing grandmother in their lives for so long and I know she left us with a full heart. Love, Michael, Caris, and Carolann Nunez
