Eddie Lee Carter, 74, has passed away, February 17th, 2020; after a brief stay in the hospital with pneumonia.

Eddie was a devoted, loving and caring husband, Father and Papa to his kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

His wife of 34 years, Paula, needs your support and prayers during this very difficult time..

Eddie will be remembered for his love of life itself.

He was a true kid at heart.  He took life's up and downs with grace.

Eddie didn't take life too seriously because he knew life was short and it was the little things that truly mattered.

He lived day to day; moment by moment which made him so special.

He was always there to lend a listening ear on a moments call and if you had a problem; he was there

without question to give his advice.

Eddie never met a stranger and his love of talking gained him many of friends who will remember his stories

in their own personal way.

He will be sorely missed...

Arrangements are under the direction of Clayton-Thompson Funeral Directors in Groves.

He will be cremated and there will be no service as this was his wishes to be carried out.
