Druella Louise Guy

Druella Louise Guy, 78, of Port Acres passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas.

Druella was born on July 18, 1945 to parents Drucie Marie (Gauthier) and Norbert Billy Comeaux Jr.. She was a lifelong resident of Port Acres and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing solitaire, cooking for her family and spending time with her grandchildren. Druella was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Norbert Billy Comeaux Jr. and Drucie Marie Comeaux, her husband, Kenneth L. Guy Sr., her son, Kevin Guy and daughter in law, Jana Guy.

Druella is survived by her son, Kenneth Guy Jr. and his wife, Darlene, her daughters, Marilyn Stansbury and her husband, Bryce, Tammie Fogarty and her husband, Bill, her brother, Jesse Comeaux and his wife, Jan, her sisters, Belinda Burns and her husband, Joe, and Phyllis Dovalina and her husband, Victor. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM in Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
