Obituary

DiAnn Marleen Hollar, 75, of Beaumont passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.

DiAnn was born on May 25, 1947 in Beach North Dakota to parents Walter Martin Spriggs and Marlys Ruth (Lutts) Spriggs. She had lived most her life in the Beaumont and she retired after 23 years employment from Account Representative Department with Sysco Foods. DiAnn attended Eastern Montana College in Billings Montana, where she pursued her love of playing the piano and met her future husband Robert.  DiAnn enjoyed working with ceramics, doing floral designs, working on the decorating the displays for Sysco Foods and she loved her cats. DiAnn was a loving person who will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on January 10, 2023, Robert “Bob” Hollar and her brother, Steve Spriggs.

DiAnn is survived by her sons, Wally Hollar and his wife, Gayle of Groves, TX, Daniel Hollar and his wife, Judith of Seattle, WA, her brother, Gerald Spriggs of Denver, CO and her step-grandchild, Michelle Ricks.

The family is honoring DiAnn’s wish to be cremated and a private gathering.  Cremation arrangements were in trusted to Clayton Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will be held at later date by the family in Montana.

DiAnn used to represent her organization at our Naturalizations at Federal Court. I always enjoyed visiting with her and talking to her, she was a very sweet lady. May she rest in peace and prayers for her family! ❤️
