Daniel Arthur Montano, 29, of Groves, Texas passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019 in Beaumont, Texas.

He was born on August 18, 1990 to his parents, Robert Montano and Amy Lynn Justice in Port Arthur, Texas. Daniel was a longtime resident of the area. He graduated from Port Neches-Groves High School in 2008.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert.

Daniel is survived by his daughter, Brenlei Dumesniel of Bridge City, his brother, Joshua Montano of Woodville and Groves, his sisters, Kaylynn Montano of Ohio, Marie Coon of Buna, Britani Akers of Ohio, his mother, Amy Justice of Ohio and his aunt and uncle/guardians, Teresita and Rodney Kirkgard of Woodville along with numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be on Monday, August 26, 2019 from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Service to honor Daniel’s life will be at 11:00 AM Monday in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
