Obituary

Damon Vance Lachausse, 57, of Nederland, Texas passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at his home.

He was born on October 13, 1960 in Groves, Texas. Vance was a lifelong resident of the area. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1979. Vance began working with his grandfather, Walter at the family business, Noack Locksmith when he was 10 and eventually took over the business as the owner with over 47 years total.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Denise Marks Lachausse, his daughters, Diane, Erica, Kristy, Courtney and Michelle, his son, Bryan, his mother, Paula Carter and husband, Eddie, his three sisters, Sharene, Krista, Jana and five brothers, Joey, Mike, Eddie, Phillip, Todd as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Peyton, Kennedy, Colesyn, Grasyn, Austin, Gunner and Charlie Vance.

Arrangements for cremation are entrusted to Clayton Thompson Funeral Directors in Groves.
