Dale James Warren

Dale James Warren, 79, of Nederland, passed away on October 23, 2021, in Port Arthur.

Born in Sacramento, California, on August 3, 1942, he was the son of James “Jim” Warren and Virginia (Morrison) Warren. Dale worked for himself doing paint and body work on vehicles. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. Dale also known as “PawPaw” to his grandchildren adored them more than anything and enjoyed spending quality time with them whenever possible. He was a loving father and PawPaw who will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Virginia Warren; and son, Joshua Warren.

He is survived by his children, Kandy Romero and husband Marco of Nederland, Mindy Warren of Houston, Wendy Bennett and husband John of Houston, and Shauna Manning and husband Mark of Henderson, NV; grandchildren, Maecala Picard and husband Jason, Joshua Romero, Chaye Dailey and husband Kyle, Tamra Jacquet, Kylie Jacquet, Camren Jacquet, Aimery Christentary, Mayah Jacquet, Kayli Bennett, Kyle Bennett, and Savanna Rice; great grandchildren, Melah Picard, Chloe Rice, Reagan Rice and Ryder Rice.

Cremation will be under the direction of Simple Tributes by Claybar. A memorial service in Dale’s honor will be held Saturday November 20 th at 12 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home located at 5200 39 th St. Groves, TX 77619.
