I'd like to offer my condolences to Cindy's family. She was a caring, kind, generous, and loving friend. We shared so many memories, she loved taking pictures and creating collages, seeing her favorite tejano bands and dancing. I will always miss her. I'm so sorry that she isn't here anymore but I'm glad she isn't suffering.
