Conley James Deville, 58, of Groves passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021 at his home.
He was born on January 4, 1963 in Opelousas, Louisiana to his parents, Albert Deville and Bernice Mendoza Deville. Conley graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1982. He worked for Williams Florist and Gifts as a delivery driver for over 10 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Diana Wornovich.
Conley is survived by his wife, Katherine Lewis Deville of League City; his children, Kelly LeBlanc and her husband, Joseph of Port Neches, Shawn Deville of Plantersville, Texas, Bobby Deville of League City, Cristal Knight and her husband, Brent of Kountze; his caregiver and companion, Donna Blanchard of Port Arthur along with 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is also survived by his brother, William Deville of Carencro, Louisiana as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 1:00 PM till 3:00 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Service to honor Conley’s life will be at 3:00 PM in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson. Arrangements for cremation are entrusted to Clayton Thompson.
