Charles Robert Robbins, affectionately known as Charlie, was born on April 16, 1945, in Beaumont, Texas. After a life marked by dedication and hard work, he passed away on December 21, 2025, in Groves, Texas. Charlie lived a life filled with purpose, exemplified by his commitment to both his career and his country.

Charlie honorably served in the United States Army, a testament to his character and sense of duty. His military service shaped him into the man that many came to know — strong, steadfast, and dedicated to those around him. Following his time in the armed forces, Charlie embarked on a career as a Gasket Operator at Motiva Oil Refinery. 

Gone but not forgotten, Charles Robert Robbins will be deeply missed, his spirit living on in the memories and stories of all who were fortunate to witness the life of this remarkable man. As we reflect on his journey, we honor his contributions and the love he imparted to those around him.
