Obituary

Carlton Ray Hatch, 53, of Beaumont passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018 at his residence.

Carlton was born on December 30, 1964 in Port Arthur, Texas to parents Eleanor Faye (Strother) and Edward Hatch. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Beaumont and was owner and operator of Carlton Hatch Insurance for the last twelve years. He also earned two Bachelor Degrees from Lamar University in Communication and Journalism. Carlton loved his children and spending time with them, especially going fishing, traveling and taking cruises with them. Carlton was a loving father, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, William “Bill” Edward Hatch.

Carlton is survived by his children, Carlie Preyton Hatch, Jace Keaton Hatch, Jaxon Cooper Hatch all of Beaumont, his sisters, Elizabeth Denise Hatch of Austin, Sandra Faye Graetz and her husband, Warren of Australia and their child, Brendan Miles Graetz.

A visitation will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home. A 2:00 PM funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland.
