We met Beverly and Shelby at the Senior Facility they lived at after losing their home to Hurricane Harvey. They were the sweetest couple and would give you the shirt off their backs. They both will be very missed. Our condolences to their loved ones.

Beverly was always smiling and willing to help The Order of the Eastern Star. We enjoyed being Co-Workers inn1998-1999  we were WM-WP the same year in Groves that she was WM in Port Arthur.

I cannot imagine how heartbreaking it would be to lose a beloved sister. I did not have the honor of knowing Beverly Jo, but I know by looking into her sweet smile that she was a precious person. I cannot take away your pain, but, perhaps, it may help just a little to remind you that when the family of Lazarus was grieving, Jesus wept. He cares, and so do we. My sympathy to the family, including Colleen. Just hold on to the comfort of knowing you will see her again someday, and, when even that is not enough to ease the pain caused by her absence, ask Jesus to hug her for you. A God that can part the Red Sea can easily hug a loved one for you knowing it will help you find peace. I am so sorry you are all hurting. Donna Guidry
