Betty Kathryn Vigeon

Betty Kathryn Foley Vigeon, 65, of Port Arthur passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at HCA Hospital in Houston.

She was born on July 18, 1956 in Port Arthur, Texas to Delma Ray Foley and Maria Elvina Green Foley. Betty was a longtime resident of Port Arthur. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Port Arthur. Betty was a devoted homemaker in raising her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her two brothers, Thomas Doyle Foley and Alan Wayne Foley.

Betty is survived by her loving husband, Frederick Eugene Vigeon of Port Arthur; her son, Jeremy Storch and wife April of Montgomery, Texas; three grandchildren, Alyssa Storch, Madison Austin and Ryan Storch.  She is also survived by her three sisters, Linda Foley and Donna Marie Foley both of Port Arthur, Patti Foley Cokins and husband Richard of Friendswood, Texas.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 from 12:00 PM till 1:45 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Clayton Thompson.
