To my sweet Dad, you were not only one of my very best friends and confidante, you were a great Father, as well!! You called me regularly and visited me even more often after you retired. When I was alone one Christmas, you were there...it was just you and me, and Christmas never felt more right. You made me laugh, you supported me with encouraging words, and you were always so generous beyond belief! More than any of the above you LOVED me. And I LOVE YOU!!! Your Love, I will carry with me throughout the rest of my Life. I am so grateful to have had you. I will always Love, Honor, Respect, and Cherish your memory. Your devoted daughter -- Mary

My deepest sympathy to Glendell's family. We grew up in Hemphill, played basketball together and graduated from Hemphill High School. He was a dear friend and a great athlete.
