Frances Ann Robb December 25, 1926 - February 6, 2009

Frances Ann Robb, 82, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Friday, February 6, 2009 at Christus St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur. She was born December 25, 1926 to Ann L. Chapman Holbrook and Walter Holbrook in Moody, Texas. Frances lived in the Port Arthur area for most of her life. She retired as a nurse after working with several local hospitals. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Charles Holbrook. She is survived by her husband Thomas Milton Robb of Port Arthur, Texas, her daughter Candie Wicker of Bay City, Texas, her son Louis Lynn Picket of Modesto, California and his sister-in-law Louise Holbrook of Atlanta, Texas along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
