Lois M. Clarke March 26, 1933 - October 14, 2009

Lois M. Clarke, 76, of Port Arthur passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 26, 1933 to Ola Williford Champion and Earnest Champion in Zwolle, Louisiana. She has been a resident of Port Arthur for most of her life. Lois was a homemaker and a very devout member of First United Pentecostal Church in Port Arthur. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond T. Clarke and her parents. She is survived by her sister Eula Mae Ammons and her husband Archie of Shreveport, Louisiana, nieces Judie Hughes of Wichita, Kansas and Janet Cook of Shreveport, Louisiana, nephews Paul A. Shaw of Raytown, Missouri and Mark Champion of El Cajon, California, great nephew Curtis L. Hughes of Wichita, Kansas along with her adopted church family who loved and cared for her deeply.
