Bonnie Jean Morman Wilkinson, 82, of Port Arthur, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on May 3, 2010. She was born January 10, 1928 to Maggie Crooks Morman and Tom Morman in Port Arthur. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1946 and Port Arthur College. Bonnie worked as a bank teller for several local institutions and retired from Sabine Bank. She was a local historian and volunteered as a hostess with the Port Arthur Convention and Vistors Bureau for several years. She was a longtime member of Central Baptist Church in Port Arthur. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Harold Wilkinson of Port Arthur, her daughter, Patti and husband Jimmy Nelson of Yorktown, Texas, her son Jeff and wife Margie Wilkinson of Port Arthur, her daughter-in-law, Wanda Wilkinson along with her six grandchildren, Kaycee, Marlee and Becca Wilkinson, Gretchen Pittelkow, Andrew and Cody Nelson and her great granddaughter, Ayvah Doyle. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Olan, Joe and Jack Morman and her son, Wayne Wilkinson.
