Tony Roccaforte
January 30, 1924 - October 2, 2010
Tony Roccaforte of Groves, TX. passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Renaissance Hospital in Groves. He was born January 30, 1924 to Frank Roccaforte and Lena Zumo Roccaforte in Port Arthur, TX. Tony served in the US Navy during WWII. Tony was a resident of Groves for the past 55 years. He retired from Texaco as a Supervisor after 40 years of service. Tony was a member of St Peter's Catholic Church as well as the Knights of Columbus #3491 and VFW Post 797. Tony was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Rose Mooman. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Hilda Mae Roccaforte of Groves, TX., daughters, Chris Klinkhammer and husband Herman of Groves, Pat Richard and husband Tokey of Groves and Buddy Wyble and husband Mark of Port Neches, TX., sons, Mike Roccaforte and wife Stacie of Groves, Larry Roccaforte and wife Sharon of Nederland, Garry Roccaforte and wife Margaret of Conroe and Wayne Roccaforte and wife Lisa of Groves, brothers, Frank Roccaforte of Port Neches and Carlo Roccaforte and wife Marilyn of Groves, 28 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
