Betty Jo Barry December 21, 1925 - January 15, 2011

Betty Jo Barry, 85, of Port Arthur passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Oak Grove Nursing Home in Groves. She was born December 21, 1925 in Bell, Louisiana. Betty has been a lifelong resident of the area, a homemaker and a member of the Methodist faith. She was a gifted poet, loving mother and devoted wife for 66 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, John "Joey" Barry, Jr. Betty is survived by her loving husband, John Barry of Port Arthur, Texas, her daughter, Conny Klausner and husband Cary of McKinney, Texas, her grandson, Clint Salisbury of Houston, Texas along with several nieces and nephews.
