Emma Marie Lee August 14, 1932 - January 20, 2011

Emma "MeMe" Marie Lee, 78, of Port Arthur passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur. She was born August 14, 1932 to Emeritte Ronsant Landry and Dennis Landry in Port Arthur, Texas. She was a resident of Sabine Pass for 44 years and Port Arthur for the last 7 years. Emma worked as a checker for Wiengartens for many years. She loved to play games. She was affiliated with Wesley United Methodist Church in Nederland. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Aaron Lee, and her brothers, Wallace, Paul, U.J. and Alfred Landry. Emma is survived by her daughters, Debra Ann Lee of Port Arthur, Jennifer Henderson and husband Dickey of Houma, Louisiana and her son, Aaron Wayne Lee of Houma, Louisiana along with 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She is also survived by her sisters, Carrie Bean of Groves, Lisa Purser of Groves and Rebecca Lavergne of Dallas, Texas.
