Hazel Mary Hunnicutt January 7, 1925 - January 31, 2011

Hazel Mary Hunnicutt, 86, of Port Acres passed away on January 31, 2011 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont, Texas. Hazel was born on January 7, 1925 in New Iberia, Louisiana to Dulcide Romero Gonsoulin and Adam Gonsoulin. The family relocated to Port Arthur, Texas where she attended St. Mary Catholic School. Hazel was a member of St. Therese, the Little Flower of Jesus Catholic Church of Port Acres. She married Harding Hunnicutt on April 27, 1943. Hazel is survived by daughters, Brenda Vinklorek and husband William of Houston, Pat Ware of Woodville, son, Earl Hunnicutt of Nederland. She is also survived by her sister, Joan Etta Harris of Houston, grandchildren, Steve Guidry, Lisa Guidry and Ashley Robinson, one great granddaughter, Amber Conway and numerous nieces and nephews A special thanks to the Nurses, CNA'S and the staff of Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont, Texas for their excellent care given to Hazel.
