Wade Foster June 6, 1949 - January 30, 2011

Wade Foster, 61, of Port Arthur passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at his home. He was born June 6, 1949 to Melrose DeVillier Foster and Charles S. Foster, Jr. in Port Arthur, Texas. He was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. Wade was an accomplished song writer, singer and played in several local bands. He enjoyed playing Singing Santa Clause for the kids through several organization. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Charles S. "Butch" Foster III. He is survived by his son, Robert Foster and wife Angie of Nederland, Texas, two grandchildren, Logan Foster and Hanna Foster both of Nederland, two brothers, Thad Foster of Palestine, Texas and Yancey Foster of Hildebrandt, Texas.
