Charles Frank Webb January 17, 1954 - January 25, 2011

Charles Frank Webb, 57, of Baytown, Texas passed away at his home in Baytown. He was born January 17, 1954 to Latice Hossley Webb and Jesse E. Webb in Port Arthur, Texas. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. Charles served in the United States Air Force. He is survived by his daughter, Dorothy Moseley of Baytown, his two sons, Joseph Webb of Cleveland, Samuel Webb of Cleveland along with their mother Dorothy Webb of Cleveland, his sister, Shiela Sharpe of Nederland and five grandchildren.
