Otis was one of the sweet men I've ever met. He was my second cousin on my Mom's side of the family. He would often visit me at my sewing machine repair shop in Groves and would always give me the best hug and kiss. I will miss him so very much. When you get to heaven tell my Mom and Dad I love them. They will all be so glad to see you. Love You!
