Ronald J. DeCuir Ronald J. DeCuir, 77, of Groves, Texas passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 26, 1933 to Yolanda Prejean DeCuir and Walton J. DeCuir in Port Arthur, Texas. He was a lifelong resident of the area. Ronald retired from Star Enterprises as an operator after 42 years of service. He was a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Groves. Ronald enjoyed fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Hulin DeCuir of Groves, Texas, daughter, Vicki Davis of Groves, Texas, sons, Kirk DeCuir and wife Debrah of Port Arthur, Texas, Jeff DeCuir and wife Beth of Groves, Texas, grandchildren, Jerimy DeCuir and wife Tiffani, Aaron DeCuir, Melissa Collier and husband Brad, Shonika Henderson, Kelly DeCuir, Ashley Peltier and husband Justin, Amy Murphy, Crystal Welch and husband Chris, Carlee Davis, numerous great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, J. W. DeCuir and wife Louella of Port Arthur, Texas, his sister-in-law, Sharon Roccaforte and husband Camille of Port Arthur, Texas, several nieces and nephews.
