Carolyn Kay Chapman December 6, 1941 - July 17, 2011

Carolyn Kay "Cookie" Andrus Chapman, 69, passed away at her home on July 17, 2011, following a short battle with cancer, surrounded by members of her family. She is survived by her son, Eric Paul Chapman, his wife Donna and their children Adam and Ashley of Hamshire-Fannett, TX; three step-children, Shaney Morein, Brook Chapman and Shanon Chapman of Mamou, LA; and one brother, John Wesley Andrus, Jr. and wife Vernic of Crowley, LA. She is also survived by three nieces, one nephew, extended family and beloved friends.
