Lucy Bell Dugas March 4, 1915 - July 19, 2011
Lucy Bell Dugas, age 96 passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. She was the daughter of Louisa and Pierre LeBlanc. She is survived by: John and Jeanette Whitten, Ethel Granger, Jerry and Karen Haines, Stephen and Chere Dugas. Four generations of grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Odessey Hospice, 550 Fannin Suite 1230, Beaumont, Texas 77701.

Ms. Ethel, We are so sorry for your loss. I remember coming over and Ms. Lucy sitting in her chair listening to the lastest book you had gotten her on tape. She was one fiesty lady:) I love you dearly and will be praying for you. Hope
