Gordon South December 16, 1934 - September 17, 2011

Gordon South, born Dec. 16, 1934, in Port Arthur. Lived in the area most of his life. Member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and Senior Club. Retired from IBEW Local 479 after 44 years. Avid duck hunter and fisherman for many years. Graduate of Bishop Byrne High School. Married 57 years to Ava Jane Milich South. Five children, Richard South of Austin, Clayton South and wife Elaine, of San Diego, CA, Stephen South of Hockley, TX, Lewis South of College Station, TX, and Molly South of Long Beach, CA. Two granddaughters, Ashley South and Page South and two great grandsons, Hayden South and Cyrus Bodine. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church or your own church.
