Debra Ann Paul Thompson, 56, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Christus St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur. She was born on November 29, 1955 to Lou Ella Miller Paul and N. W. Paul in Port Arthur. Debbie served in the U. S. Army. She worked as a clerk with The Texas Department of Health and Human Services for several years. She was fun loving and down to earth. All of Alanna's friends thought she was the coolest mom on earth and they were treated like they were her own kids. She was preceded in death by her father, N. W. Paul, uncle Richard Rovira, cousin, Richard Evans. Debbie is survived by her two daughters, Stephanie Andrus of Austin, Texas, Alanna Thompson of Groves, Texas, her mother, Lou Ella Paul of Port Arthur, Texas, her sisters, Jennifer Hennigan of Denham Springs, Louisiana, Donna Spray and husband Jerry of Springboro, Ohio, her brother, Wade Paul of Port Arthur, Texas, several nieces and nephews, her aunt and uncle Del and Jimmy Kline of Nederland, Texas, aunt Dee Evans of Groves, Texas, aunt Joyce Rovira of Nederland, Texas, numerous cousins, Along with Alanna's father, Matt Thompson and wife Patty of Groves, Texas as well as a host of friends
