What a beautiful lady I had the honor and privilege of having as a friend and a comadre. She had so much intelligence from making petticoats for her daughters, goddaughters, granddaughters to making tamales. She was a very thoughtful person. Lucia, Lidia, Lionel, I send you my condolences and may God give you grace thru this time of sorrow. Love, Mayo

Our condolences to the family. We will always cherish the memories that Lola gave to us and our girls as she diligently put all her heart and soul into preparing for the fiestas and making the beautiful hairpieces for the girls & being so meticulous with her work as seen in the intricate work her hands weaved with all that ribbon! She always had a smile on her face and always a kind word for all. She always made you feel welcome and was such a sweetie. We were blessed to have known such a beautiful person. Peace be with you.
