John Earl Theriot, 54, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Monday, May 21, 2012 at Mid-Jefferson Extended Care Hospital in Nederland. He was born on October 1, 1957 in Port Arthur, Texas to Elva Jane Lege Theriot and Jerry Daile Theriot. He attended Stephen F. Austin High School and was a member of St. Therese, Little Flower of Jesus Catholic Church in Port Acres. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Daile Theriot, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Elva Jane Theriot Molbert and husband Huesville "Junior" Molbert of Port Arthur, Texas, his sister, Judy Theriot Patteson and husband Joe Patteson of Port Arthur, Texas, his brothers, Jerry Daile Theriot, Jr. of Port Arthur, Texas, Curtis Paul Theriot and wife Kristi Hooks-Theriot of Port Arthur, Texas, Dennis Joseph Theriot and wife Donna Theriot of Lumberton, Texas, Mark Theriot of Port Arthur, Texas, his step-sister, Dianna Molbert of Groves, Texas, his step-brother, David Molbert of Groves, Texas, numerous nieces and nephews.
