Viola Ransonette Brumfield February 14, 1932 - July 8, 2012

Viola Jane Brumfield, 80, of Groves, Texas passed away at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont on Sunday, July 8, 2012. She was born on February 14, 1932 to Annie Mae Vallow Ransonette and Mildren J. Ransonette in Port Arthur, Texas. Viola was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Nancy Treadway; a sister, Doraine Ransonette Stenmark; and a grandson, Justin Treadway. She is survived by her husband Stanley Brumfield of Groves, Texas; son, Timothy Lucas and wife Carolyn, (which Viola considered to be a daughter); brother, James and wife Darlene Schexnayder of Baton Rouge, LA; sisters, Sharon Kent of Port Neches, Texas, Margie Case of Groves, Texas, Ann Gagnon of Newport News, Virginia; a grandson, Shane Lucas and two great granddaughters, Avery Lucas and Madison Treadway.
