Anna Warren Pullen Woodall August 29, 1911 - November 3, 2012

Anna Warren Pullen Woodall, 101, of Groves, Texas passed away at Cypress Glen East Nursing Home in Port Arthur on Saturday, November 3, 2012. She was born in Warren, Texas on August 29, 1911. Anna was a longtime resident of the area. She worked as a buyer for Bluestien's Department Store for many years. Anna was a dedicated member of Procter Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Thomas Warren, her sisters, Pearl Davis, Vera Powell, Myra Woodard and Zenith Matlock, her husbands, Cecil Pullen and Tollie Woodall. Anna is survived by her daughter, Billie Straus and husband Tom of Austin, Texas, her grandchildren, Anne Kuhlmann and husband Dean of Marble Falls, Texas, Holly Hunsucker and husband Brett of Round Rock, Texas, John Hornsby and wife Tammy of Orange, Texas, great grandchildren, Ashley, Brandi, Riley, Olivia, Blakely and Payton. You are an inspiration to all of us. We love you dearly and you will be greatly missed. Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Funeral Service will be at 10 AM Wednesday, November 7, 2012 in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson with Dr. Rick Erwin, officiating. Graveside rites will be at 2:30 PM Wednesday at Mount Hope Cemetery in Chester, Texas.
