Joyce Aileen Reeves December 21, 1936 - November 15, 2012

Joyce Aileen Reeves, 75 of Port Arthur passed away on Thursday November 15, 2012. She was born on December 21, 1936 in Port Arthur, Texas to Cornealius and Drucie Williamson Reeves. Joyce was a graduate of the Salvation Army College in Atlanta, GA., where she was an ordained officer. Joyce was a long time residence of Port Arthur. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Howard, Willie and Leonard Reeves. She is survived by her sister, Betty Reeves of Port Arthur, nephews, David, Daniel, Richard, Michael, David Morris and Douglas Reeves, nieces, Terry Savoy, Nancy Bachman and Linda McBride as well as numerous great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, November 19, 2012 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home with graveside services to follow at 11:00 A.M. at Greenlawn Memorial Park with Major Raymond Cooper officiating.
