Dorothy Fabacher February 12, 1930 - December 3, 2012

Dorothy Fabacher, 82 of Nederland, Texas passed away at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas on Monday, December 3, 2012. She was born in Lafayette, Louisiana on February 12, 1930 to Camelitte and Clarence Hanes. Dorothy was a long time resident of Port Arthur, a homemaker and a member of St. Charles Catholic Church. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 from 5 PM to 8 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Clayton Thompson with Rev. David Placette officiating. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband Joseph T. Fabacher, Sr., son, Leo Fabacher and daughter-in-law, Leeann Fabacher. She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Fabacher and partner Steve Kilchrist of Nederland, TX., Barbara Kilchrist and husband Aubrey of Orange, TX. and daughter- in-law, Belinda Fabacher of Lake Charles, LA., sons Clarence Fabacher and wife Sharon of Orange, TX. and Joseph T. Fabacher, Jr. and wife Diane of Houston, TX., sister, Rose Prejean of New Orleans, LA., brother Russell Hanes of Broussard, LA. along with 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
