Born to Appolanaire (T.T.) and Avia Mouton Broussard in Henry, LA on December 24, 1917. Urcille was preceded in death by Wiltz Landry, her husband of 66 years, and her son Chadwick James Landry, whom she lovingly took care of for 55 years. Urcille enjoyed her family gatherings, friends' visits, travel, and church involvement with a special devotion to the Blessed Mother. Survivors include her two daughters, Wendell Scott and Christine Andrepont, both of Nederland, her sister Rosie Louviere, her grandchildren Lori Norman, Sergeant First Class Alvie C. (Carl) Scott, Kurt Cullums, Holly Cuccia, and great grand children; Joshua, Chloe, Colton, Morgan, Acie, Kevin and Kayden. Visitation will be on Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM with a Rosary to be prayed at 11:00 AM in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 4, 2013 at St Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Groves, TX with Msgr. Kenneth Greig serving as celebrant. What a special lady! I will never forget our long talks and her teaching me the rosary. She had a beautiful smile, and a sweet attitude. She loved her family, and my deepest sympathy to you all. Brenda Gregg RN (former Texas Home Health RN)
