James G. Rouly December 12, 1937 - May 11, 2013

James Rouly, 75, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas on Saturday, May 11, 2013. He was born on December 12, 1937 to Ellis and Mary Louise Rouly in Port Arthur, Texas. James proudly served in the United States Navy. James was a pipefitter and an owner/operator of The Phone Man. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary Rouly of Port Arthur, Texas; son, Jim Rouly of Lumberton, Texas; daughter, Melessa Boesenhofer and husband Frank of Port Arthur, Texas; brother, Kenneth Rouly of Angleton, Texas; sister, Carolyn Davis of Middleburg, Florida; four grandchildren, Trey Boesenhofer, Shawna Coleman and husband Matt, Krista Rouly and Michael Rouly; two great grandchildren, Kaitlynn Coleman and Keagan Coleman and a host of nieces a nephews. A memorial service will be Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home.
