Norma Faye Harmon February 27, 1938 - June 5, 2013

Faye Harmon, 75 of Port Arthur passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Cypress Glenn Nursing Home in Port Arthur. Faye was born in Greggton, TX on February 27, 1938 to Beulah Sonnier and Adam Gobert, Sr. and lived in Port Arthur for 47 years. Faye was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Willard T. Harmon and a son Marvin "Rusty" Munon. She is survived by her sons, James Munson of Spring, TX, Phillip Munson, Sr. of Port Acres, TX step-son, Butch Harmon of Groves, TX; step-daughters, Joy Baird of Shreveport, LA, Kathy Denton; brother, Adam Gobert, Jr. of Port Arthur, TX; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, June 7, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. at the funeral home with burial to follow at Memory Garden Cemetery. The family would like to acknowledge some close family friends, Delbert Ingham, Norman Ingham, Helene Ingham, Minnie Tomplait, Wilda Scott and Crystal Wimberly.
