Manuel Angel Trevino December 23, 1921 - June 6, 2013

Manuel Trevino, 91, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away at Community Retirement Home on Thursday, June 6, 2013. He was born on December 23, 1921 to Rafaela Martinez and Lino Trevino in Falfurrias, TX. Manuel worked as a pharmacist in Port Arthur for over 60 years. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Bruno M. Trevino and Octovio Trevino; and a sister, Alida Alaniz. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years of marriage, Carmen Trevino; a son, Manuel Carlos Trevino of Weiden, Germany and a daughter-in-law, Marianne Trevino of Vilseck, Germany; four grandchildren, Selina Dornheim, Theresa Trevino, Cathleen Trevino and Lilian Trevino; and one great grandchild, Leighla Dornheim Visitation will be Sunday, June 9, 2013 at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home from 5-8 PM. with a wake service at 6:30 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, June 10, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Rev. T.R. Blanco officiating with interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
