John Anthony Hotchkiss January 4, 1955 - June 18, 2013

John Anthony Hotchkiss, 58, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away at his home on Tuesday, June 18, 2013. He was born on January 4, 1955 to Bertha Lenora Chatagnier Hotchkiss and Leroy Case Hotchkiss II in Port Arthur, Texas. He was a lifelong resident of the area. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Leroy C. Hotchkiss III. John is survived by his daughters, Jamie Hotchkiss Hill and husband Daken of Port Neches, Texas, Jordie Hotchkiss LaBouef of Port Neches, Texas, his two sons, Jonathan Hotchkiss of Groves, Texas, Jason Hotchkiss and wife Geri of Nederland, Texas, along with their mother Rose Cleeland of Groves, Texas. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, Brandon, Nicholas, Jasmine, Alexis, Christopher, Deja, Hannah, Dylan, Gracyn and Jonah. He also leaves his three sisters, Cheryl Cleeland of Woodville, Texas, Susan Thompson and Donna Barras both of Port Arthur, Texas along with several nieces and nephews to cherish his memories. A Memorial service will be at 5 PM Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of Clayton Thompson.
