Regino A. Maybit, Jr. December 14, 1978 - June 30, 2013

Regino "Gino" Maybit, Jr., 34, of Groves, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2013. He was born on December 14, 1978 to Evangelina Gonzales and Regino A. Maybit, Sr. in Bay City, Texas. He has been a resident of the area since 1987 and was a member of Good Shepherd Moravian Church. Gino worked as a welder with H & H Industrial for over 15 years. Visitation will begin on Friday, July 5, 2013 at 5:00 PM at Good Shepherd Moravian Church and continue until service time on Saturday. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 6, 2013 at the Church with Rev. Adolfo V. Gonzales, officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. He was preceded in death by his sister Emmalena Maybit. Gino is survived by his children, Gabriel Maybit of Groves, Texas, Yasmine Ortiz of Port Arthur, Texas and Marlon Ortiz, Jr. of Nederland, Texas, his mother, Evangelina Gonzales of Monterey, Mexico, his father, Regino Maybit, Sr. and wife Guillermina of Port Arthur, Texas, his sisters, Gracie Maybit of Houston, Texas, Cindy Maybit of Houston, Texas, Ashley Maybit of Port Arthur, Texas, his brothers, Steven Maybit of Port Arthur, Texas and Anthony Maybit of Port Arthur, Texas along with numerous friends who will miss him.
